Mutual Mobile today announced it has won two ADDY® Awards at from the Austin Advertising Federation for creative excellence in the art of advertising. The winning videos, The J. Hilburn Customer Story and A Look a iOS Engineering at Mutual Mobile each received Silver Awards in the “Video – Branded Content, More than 60 seconds” category.
A total of 481 entrants was judged, with 134 awards given out to large and boutique agencies, as well as students. In all, five Best of Show, three Special Judges, 38 Gold, 59 Silver and 37 Bronze ADDYs were awarded. This year’s judges included Sean Adams, a partner at Adams Morioka in Beverly Hills, Calif.; Anne Telford, editor-at-large of Communication Arts magazine; and Tim Guy, creative director at Google Inc. in San Francisco.

The ADDY Awards is the advertising industry’s largest competition, attracting more than 50,000 entries every year in local competitions. The Austin ADDY Awards is the first of a three-tier, national competition and many winners advance to win regional and national ADDY awards.
